Cebu Pacific's A330-900neo jets are not an addition to the existing A33-300 fleet. Instead, the A330neos are set to replace all A330-300s. The goal is to have all of them by 2027 together with the remaining A321neos and A320neos set to be delivered. By then, Cebu Pacific should be operating an all-Airbus NEO fleet comprising of 16 A330-900neo.
